D-503A is a lovely Las Palmas condo on Sandy Beach that is fully furnished and turnkey ready for your vacation enjoyment. This condo is nicely designed featuring luxuries like granite counters, all tile floors, central cooling and heating, and a balcony with stunning views. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with all modern appliances and ample cupboards. In addition to dishware and cooking utensils, there is a full array of appliances, including a refrigerator, full-size range, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. A toaster, blender, and coffee pot are also provided. We have "smart" flat-screen TVs in all rooms that provide quality streaming video from your Netflix account and others. In addition, the resort provides SAT TV channels on all the TVs. There is a new comfy king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the half bedroom so 4 adults can sleep comfortably. We also provide a sleeper sofa with a comfy air mattress, for the kiddos. NO EXTRA PERSONS.
You are only a few steps from the beach or pools where you can soak up the warm Mexican sun. We are sure you will love this delightful condominium and all the resort amenities, that will make your vacation a memorable one. We also provide beach chairs and umbrellas for your use.
