We have stayed in this villa three times it has fit our need. Love the new sofa set much bigger, also enjoy the new coffee maker. I wish they had chaise lounges on the patio as they use to. The resort is fantastic for families especially young ones. Our grandkids 1 and 3 love the family pool, we couldn't keep them out of it. So nice to have a restaurant which serve good food and to go bring back to your villa or condo. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. See you again.

Greetings from San Francisco, This Villa, was not my scheduled villa I had reservations for V2, however Las Palmas did a great job accommodating me to a similar villa. The view was breathtaking, clean, smelled great, decor was beautiful. However I had to go to the office the next day to report, phone was not working, cable was not working, refrigerator did not keep a proper temperature of our food, there where allot of pillows but no extra blankets. Las Palmas did a great job to accommodate and provide us service for everything that needed to be fix & extra blankets. I've rented other villas in the past and the owners provide beach equipment like buggy boards , and beach lawn chair & umbrella it's nice if it's provided. The chairs in the dining room had wheels and every time we sat down we rolled back, that was interesting
Ideally it would be great if the owners would switch out in one of the bedrooms from a king size bed to two bunk beds, the kids had to sleep in the sofa bed in the living room and that hindered us from drinking our coffee admiring the view. I had to call security a few times because when we would come back from the beach or the pool we had strangers partying upstairs in the roof. I don't blame them the view was breathtaking. The outdoor furniture was weathered out due to the sun, sea salt exposure it would be nice to be provided with cushions on the furniture to make it more comfortable to relax outside. I know like it seems a bit much but honestly my family had a great time the view was breathtaking and yes I would rent this villa again. My family is great-full and respected this property like if it was our own. We created great memories in this Villa 18. Thank you

Villa 18 is beautiful. Everyone loved it!! We have been coming to Las Palmas for many years, and always enjoy ourselves. The many chairs and lounges on the patio and the upstairs are very much appreciated. WE cooked, enjoyed the roomy dining table, and the many utensiles, place settings and silverware made it better, too. No. 18 is just one of the lovely villas at Las Palmas we have been fortunate enough to enjoy. It is one of the best!

The house was very comfortable, we enjoyed our extended weekend! This has been our top choice for vacationing in Rocky Point! We've been staying here for over 15 years as the kids have always loved Las Palmas. Now that they are older, all the newer pool changes it continues to be their favorite resort! Casa 18 has always been our favorite - perfect location, beautiful beach view and access. Well furnished and kitchen has everything needed for the weekend, just bring your own food and drinks!

Truly enjoyed our week stay at las Palmas! Beachfront villa 18 was gorgeous. So relaxing sitting on the lounge chairs under the patio enjoying the ocean view. Rooms were nice size and quiet. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. Kitchen was nicely stocked with items to prepare meals. Two car garage was a bonus.
We were able to spend majority of our time at Las palmas resort. They have a nice inside restaurant and pool side taco restaurant. The 3 drink bars are very convenient. Kids pool family pool and adults only pool are alot of fun.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and happy.
We spend a lot of time in rocky point and I have to say this was and is the best place we have stayed at.
Highly recommend v18 and the resort, we will be coming back..
Thank you..

I really enjoyed our stay at Villa 18, we have stayed and many of the villa's my family and I having been staying at this resort since 2013 sometimes twice a year we rent a villa. This villa was the best so far very thought through from storage areas for our things to having everything you need in the kitchen you DO NOT need to bring anything with you. we have got into a habit now of bringing cutting knives, and utensils, cutting board, spices, salt and pepper, plastic forks and spoons our list is long of the items we bring from learning the hard way from staying at theses villas even extra blankets. BUT NOT ANYMORE we finally found a villa that is well equipped. Thank you so much for thinking of about your guest we love the dolly and all the extras that you are so thoughtful to think of. My family and I will definitely try to rent your villa again and again... Thank you from the Pascale and Voigts Family

We had the best time at Las Palmas! WE stayed in Villa #18 right on the beach. The kitchen was nicer than mine at home. The bedrooms all had king size beds which is nice when traveling with two other couples. The staff was helpful and very friendly! Thanks for a Christmas we will never forget! P.S. We will be BACK!
