Villa 9 is the perfect spot. Between the two pools with a fabulous view of the Sea of Cortez. The yard is a nice addition. We sat out there and played corn hole and listened to music. We brought out own corn hole game. The villa inside was large and spacey with all the amenities needed. We had 12 people and there was plenty of space it never felt like we were crowded in one house. The beds and pillows were pretty comfortable. The couch was comfortable and the large table was fabulous for playing games. I also loved the large bar and bar stools for the kids to gather around. We have been to Las Palmas four years in a row. The villa is by far the best and most comfortable was to stay. Would definitely rent again.

The villa was ideal for the guys and our needs for this trip. It provided ample room and comfort. The location of the villa provided a clear view of the ocean.
There were two issues and maintenance responded. One was a HVAC filter that was not resolved at the time, but the weather cooperated.

We thoroughly enjoyed Villa 9. It was very spacious. 4 adults and 4 children fit very comfortably. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked. The 2 car garage only fit one vehicle due to items stored inside of the garage.

Our first visit to Puerto Penasco was terrific! We absolutely LOVED our villa, and the waterslide, poolside bar and beaches were enjoyed by kids of all ages each day. The staff were all very nice. We traveled by small private plane, so space for luggage and vacation supplies is very limited. However, our villa had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back again and enjoy a longer stay with our family.
