This home was beyond beautiful and even better than the pictures! The staff was so accommodating! We had issues with the grill and they just brought us a new one! Since it was the "off-season", they turned the slides on for us so the kids could swim and they opened up the pool whenever we asked. The main bar "Uno Mas Bar" has a great owner who was very friendly and personable. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!

The resort is amazing the staff is very polite and helpful. The Villa V16 was perfect. I’ve been coming to this resort for the past 4 yrs and the only complaint I have is there is never an early check in. We drive from Los Angeles which is an 8 hr drive and usually just want to go to our room and unpack and start our vacation. An early check in option would be great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at V16. We vacationed with a friend and our 4 combined kids and couldn't have chosen a better house. We've generally staying in the towers but having the Villa was so much more convenient with children. The house was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, clean and very close access to the beach. The beds were so comfortable that I got a better night sleep there than at home. I loved that the spare bedroom had a bunkbed with King and Queen beds. It was so much more comfortable for the kids to have larger beds. What wasn't listed but was an awesome surprise was the rooftop patio complete with dining table. We loved having meals up there with an incredible view of the ocean and sunset. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook all our meals there. I loved that all the appliances were new and in good condition. The patio was amazing with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the view. There was even a private outdoor shower to make it even more convenient to return from the beach. I honestly can't say enough good things about this house. It looked nice in the photos but it was much better than expected. We can't wait to stay there again!

This villa as we first entered was gorgeous and had stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. we booked it for next year because you cannot beat the location and views. This villa filled our expectations and helped our family gain some new memories.

Great place, security is a bit annoying, their always making sure that you have the uncomfortable plastic wrist band attached to your wrist. House number 16 is outstanding, but bedroom two and three are really meant for children. Views outstanding, amenities are wonderful, view is incredible. I'm going back for sure, but my golfing buddy and I need to find a house with a second master, or a room that's not small, with bunk beds etc. Thank you

I have been visiting Rocky Point for nearly 30 years now, taking my kids, grand-kids and now great-grand-kids. I normally rent a 5-7 bedroom for everybody to have room and spread out. This time my family was a little smaller so we decided to do a little different this time. Which subsequently leasing this villa, My family was so overjoyed with the location, pool, ocean and everything so close and the villa its self being everything and more that we were expecting. This villa is well equipped with everything. The air conditioning is COLD and we just hated to leave. I think we will rethink our group size and make this our go to place for our family vacation, or rent the one next door also. LOL

I want to congratulate the owner of the Villa-16, the Villa is very well maintained, it has a beautiful view and accessible to the main pool and the beach. The interior design of the Villa is delightful. I only found one problem the room with the bunk beds does not have a good airflow I would suggest a fan in that room and an air conditioner. Our stay was great and I would not hesitate at all to rent this property again. Thank you.

We have stayed at Las Palmas many times over the past 15 years and have never been disappointed The staff is always helpful and friendly, the resort is clean and provides plenty of entertainment and the location can't be beat. This was our first time staying in V-16 and I was very impressed with how well it was stocked. I have stayed in most of the Villa's and have learned to bring my own blankets and a couple of pans but this Villa already had warm comfortable bedding and very high quality cookware. Even the flatware was of good quality! We did have a little hiccup when the main sewer line backed up and the house flooded but the staff fixed the problem within a couple of hours and we were back on our way. I highly recommend both the property and the Villa

The location of this villa was amazing, views breathtaking, and there was so much space! There were some things that we had problems with but eventually were fixed or not really a big deal. Most of the things we needed were supplied. Bring extra garbage bags and paper towels! There was a washer and dryer which was very convenient to have inside the villa. At night it did get alittle warm inside, but sleeping in the living room with the fans going was more comfortable then in the bedrooms. Couch was super comfy by the way! Overall we had a great time!
