Welcome to Villa 4. This Villa is beachfront and will accommodate 10 people comfortably. The views from the Master bedroom, living spaces, and roof balcony are breathtaking. The Master bedroom has one king bed. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has bunk-style beds, a queen bed on the bottom, double bed on top. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. There are two additional sleeper sofas available in the living room.
The villa is tastefully decorated with new tables and chairs, fresh paint, and new appliances such as a refrigerator, kitchen stove and oven, microwave, light fixtures, curtains, and flat-screen TVs. Our updated furniture with accessories compliments newly installed outdoor patio tiles. The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils to create gourmet meals. Villa 4 is generously sized to accommodate your family and guests. Our private rooftop balcony overlooks the expanse of Sandy Beach with no obstructive views. Imagine the excitement of seeing whales, dolphins, breathtaking sunrises, and romantic sunsets from your patio deck. For those adventurous types sailing, horseback riding, jet skiing, ATV rentals, and kayaking are some sporting activities, you will find available in and around the beach resort . These activities are fun for your entire family and are within walking distance from your Villa. Your stay at Casa 4 will be a memorable vacation for your whole family to experience. So come, and enjoy the beaches of Mexico!!! The owner of Villa does not allow a barbecue or grill of any type on their patio. There is a charcoal grill located on the side of the villa for guest use. Two parking spaces are available outside of the garage, the garage is closed off by the owner, and additional parking is in common areas.
