Next Level Cleaning at Las Palmas
Many years in the resort business have provided a great deal of experience that keeps our guests healthy and happy. Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft. Every Las Palmas rental is inspected prior to our guest arrival to ensure it meets our standards. Inspectors follow a rental cleaning checklist that is unique to each condo or villa. We are going above and beyond our normal protocols as we have a dedicated staff cleaning surfaces with increased frequency with recommended cleaning agents. We are cleaning and sanitizing all hard surfaces regularly, all door handles and knobs regularly. We have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with disinfectants. We encourage all of our guests to bring additional cleaning products to use throughout their stay.
Our Commitment to Cleanliness
At Las Palmas, the safety of our guests is now and always will be our highest priority. We take many preventative measures to ensure the health of everyone we are so grateful to serve. On a daily basis, we’re working to ensure that Las Palmas meets the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. We will be implementing social distancing policies during check-in and check-out, and other interactions with guests, staff, and the local community. Due to all the deep cleanings between check out and check in we cannot always guarantee your unit will be ready at 4:00pm, but we will do our best without compromising your safety. These health safety measures include but are not limited to:
√ Wiping Down
Wiping down all electronics, drawer pulls, door knobs, handles etc.
√ Washing Hands
Washing hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Hand sanitizer can be found throughout the resort.
√ Avoiding Touching
Eyes, nose, and mouth, as well as shaking hands. Social distancing is practiced.
Recommended sanitizers and alcohol disinfectants used throughout the resort during the cleaning process.
√ All Employees
Who display symptoms of illness must seek medical assistance and stay home.
√ Follow “CDC”
